Policy for Ordering Student Literature
Student literature encompasses all class room reading materials
- Regular Orders receive a 20% discount
- All orders must be submitted on school purchase orders (to receive discount & tax exempt)
- school is billed after order is received and picked up.
Policy for Ordering Reference Books
Reference books are
selections of a professional nature to teachers
- Regular Orders receive a 10% discount
- All orders must be submitted on school purchase orders (to receive discount & tax exempt)
- school is billed after order is received and picked up.
Policy for STOP orders
STOP - stands for Single
Title Order Plan
These are books ordered from companies we do not have
accounts with.
- Unfortunately no discounts apply
- 4 weeks shipping time
- Shipping costs between $2 and $6
- prices subject to change after order is placed (as set forth by publisher)
- Note: only a small percentage of orders tend to be STOP orders
Different Book Ordering Methods
Itemized Purchase
Orders.
Orders which list specific quantities, titles and
prices.
You can do this in advance or come to the store and make a
list.
Open Purchase
Orders.
Lists a dollar value with books to be ordered or picked
out of store inventory in the future.
Teachers receive a 10% discount,
when purchasing for the class room with personal funds.
To ensure you receive the proper books when ordering, try to supply us with as much information as possible including
- title
- author
- publisher
- ISBN number
If you do not have this information we can look up the books by Author and/or title.
